If your child has an emergent medical issue that cannot wait to be addressed until the next business day, you may have the on-call physician paged.
You can reach the physician on call by calling our office at 256-413-1467. During the announcement, press 7 to be connected to the answering service. There will be a slight silent pause while the call is being forwarded. We strive to return each call within 30 minutes. If you do not receive a call within that time, please call back.
Please note that it is the policy of all providers at Etowah Pediatrics that antibiotics and narcotic cough syrup will not be prescribed over the phone.
If you have a non-emergent issue, you are welcome to text the office at 256-413-1467. You may also call the office and leave a message at the same number. During the announcement, press 5 and leave a message. A staff member will contact you when we reopen.
