Below are a list of helpful topics that are often very important to new parents. Also included below are steps to send Etowah Pediatrics a question if you feel that your issues can be resolved at home, or instructions on how to make an appointment if you feel your baby needs to be seen. Appointments and messages can be handled through our quick and easy Patient Portal. Also below you will find dosing charts for pain relief medications. Remember that you can log into the Patient Portal to reference your baby’s weight for correct dosing information.

Patient Portal

Ask a nurse: One of the best tools in the Patient Portal is the messaging system for our patients. Rather than having to make a plan to call in to our office during office hours, you can send us a message no matter what time of day or night, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Make an appointment: We would like to strongly encourage our patients to utilize the Patient Portal as much as possible but especially when making appointments. Relying on the Patient Portal as an appointment scheduling tool allows us to be more efficient with our time in the office which leads to shorter wait times and more attention given to our patients. Although we strongly encourage the Patient Portal for appointments, we are always willing to take your call and schedule an appointment over the phone. Please let us know when you are in our office if we can help you with navigating or using the Patient Portal. We do not accept walk in-visits. This helps keeps our appointment wait times low.
